Omoa, Honduras, leans on the Atlantic and the Caribbean through the Gulf of the same name shares it with Guatemala (thirty minutes by land) and Belize (three hours by sea). Up to 200 thousand tourists concur on its beaches -threaded on the impressive range of the Cordillera del Merend�n and the forests of the National Park Cusuco- with visits on Holy Week and all through the year to the Municipal Aquatic Park, the Fortress (or Castle) San Fernando (national monument), or fishing on the open sea or on the Bay, enjoying the beautiful Zoo Parque Infantil or practicing canopy.
